HAMLIN PLANTATION

This client requested a complete outdoor makeover on their Mount Pleasant home. Our team was excited to get involved on this project and we are thrilled to share some of the before and after photos.

At the beginning of this project, we knew the yard had a drainage issue that was a main concern and the fence needed to be redone. Our team needed to completely clear the back and side lawns to prepare to regrade the space. While we were regrading, we used soil amendments to improve the quality of the area–eventually laying Bermuda Sod (in addition to artificial turf, laid by Palmetto Synthetic Turf). The old fence was also removed and replaced with a 4 foot fence with gates.

Next, we started with the hardscape portion of the project! This client chose a beautiful Techobloc Blu 60 Patio Stone for her backyard outdoor space. The preparations began on leveling the space for the stones and gas fire bowl. These are some of our personal favorite before and after photos!

Once the backyard was nearly complete, we transitioned to the side and front lawns to add in stunning Temron Old Town Stone Walkways. We also worked on some landscape design changes during this phase by adding black mulch and mini slate flowerbeds! The electric dog fence was re-installed and the yards were almost complete.

For final touches, we added in lighting to the hot tub surround, patios, and surrounding yard space. Our team is very proud of the transformation that we provided for this client. We hope that they are able to enjoy extending their home outdoors!
